For many young people entering the job market, these three feelings mark the experience of a job interview. Thinking about supporting them in this challenge, the PROA Institute launches, this Tuesday (15), the \u201cInterview Journey \u2013 Win Your Job,\u201d a\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/click.cse360.com.br\/Click\/AddCampaignEmailClick\/75def682-072e-4bf4-7336-08ddb87afa6c\/https%253a%252f%252fwww.proa.org.br%252fgameproa%252f\/ae43084f-1397-4f2c-fdd0-08d7c5ff26d1\/chris.santos2007@outlook.com\/True\" href=\"https:\/\/www.proa.org.br\/gameproa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">game<\/a>\u00a0online, free and accessible, which simulates job interviews in a light and fun way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_ql-align-justify\">Developed in partnership with Accenture, the game was designed specifically for young people aged 17 to 22 who are looking for their first job and often don&#039;t know where to begin during an interview. The idea arose from feedback from PROA students themselves, who reported recurring difficulties in preparing for selection processes. Furthermore, internal research highlighted the need for this tool to be practical, accessible, and speak the language of young people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_ql-align-justify\">The dynamic is fully gamified and interactive. Participants follow a path that simulates the stages of a selection process, from preparing at home\u2014such as choosing an outfit and researching the interview location\u2014to the dreaded conversation with the recruiter. The gameplay was refined by PROA students themselves, who actively participated in the tests, providing new insights and suggestions for practical improvements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_ql-align-justify\">According to Alini Dal&#039;Magro, CEO of the PROA Institute, the game could be a game changer for many young people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_ql-align-justify\">&quot;Besides providing training, the tool also develops skills such as communication, problem-solving, organization, proactivity, and teamwork. During the process, the young people go through the stages of preparation at home, arrival at the company&#039;s reception, and the interview with the recruiter. The dynamic includes questions, challenges, and immediate feedback on the choices made, as well as guidance on posture, communication, attire, and building a professional narrative, using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) methodology, widely used in the market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_ql-align-justify\">The game is available on\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/click.cse360.com.br\/Click\/AddCampaignEmailClick\/75def682-072e-4bf4-7336-08ddb87afa6c\/https%253a%252f%252fwww.proa.org.br%252fgameproa%252f\/ae43084f-1397-4f2c-fdd0-08d7c5ff26d1\/chris.santos2007@outlook.com\/True\" href=\"https:\/\/www.proa.org.br\/gameproa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"2\">Institute website<\/a>\u00a0and can be accessed from both mobile devices and computers.
