The application can be easily used in business councils, courts of law, legislative chambers, councils and deputies, in investment funds, condominium meetings and even in school exams.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe demand for the solution arose from customers who needed a secure and efficient platform to carry out remote voting. Hosted in the cloud, the platform allows the administrator to summon people who must participate in the vote to access the system from anywhere via the internet. In addition, the solution can be integrated into a videoconference, in this way, the person in charge can also define who can speak during the presentation of the agenda and the order of speech, so voting remains following the same rules as if it were carried out in person.<\/p>\n<p>\tVoting can be done in different ways, by video, audio conference or just by sending a link so that participants can access and cast their vote. Each participant has their own login, this ensures complete confidentiality and security of votes.<\/p>\n<p>\t&quot;We had many customers asking for this solution, they wanted to conduct remote company board voting for elections and approvals, and even public agencies came to us needing this technology&quot;, says Alexandre Novakoski, VP of Digital Transformation Solutions at Seal Telecom.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe platform also allows the video to be disseminated on other platforms according to the organizer&#039;s interest, who can broadcast it live to the company&#039;s Youtube, internal TV or any other streaming platform that is more convenient for him.<\/p>\n<p>\t&quot;This system helps to maintain the transparency of voting, which is why many public bodies are looking to us at this time of quarantine. The remote voting solution keeps activities safe and transparent, and even at a distance the work does not stop&quot;, he explains Novakoski.<\/p>\n<p>\tCompanies interested in the remote voting solution also need not worry about implementation time.
