\n\tABES, following the guidelines presented by public health authorities in Brazil, regarding the outbreak of the new coronavirus (Covid-19), decided to implement the following actions for an indefinite period:
\n\t 
\n\t1) Cancel any and all face-to-face interactions, such as meetings and events;<\/p>\n

\t2) Temporarily suspend face-to-face participation in committees and working groups, which will be available virtually. Specific guidelines will be forwarded to the committee or working group leader;<\/p>\n

\t3) Maintain the process of issuing certificates. They will be issued by the digital certificate system with a deadline for submission to the applicant of 5 working days;<\/p>\n

\t4) Suspend the on-site legal duties at ABES, and the consultants will work in a "home office" system. To request assistance, the member must contact our Relationship Center, by phone (11) 2161 2833, when the attendants will guide him.<\/p>\n

\t5) Reduce the administrative operation, starting to operate on an on-call basis. Service can also be done through our Relationship Center (55 11 - 2161 2833), which will continue to function normally.<\/p>\n

\tIn the event of any changes, new information will be sent.<\/p>\n

\tAt this moment, we are following the unfolding of the crisis with focus and tranquility, making available to associates and the market in general, information regarding the necessary preventive measures and contingency plans, in order to ensure the continuity of essential IT services for society .
