The \u201cbuddy\u201d provides guidance on the company\u2019s culture, processes and activities, as well as ongoing support and feedback, aimed at facilitating the adaptation and accelerating the professional development of the new talent. This model reinforces Roche\u2019s commitment to providing a welcoming and enriching internship experience, while fostering leadership and mentoring skills in the employees who act as buddies.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-86426 size-medium alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/ROCHE-FARMA-BRASIL-I-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>The program offers a series of professional development initiatives to accelerate the growth of talents at the beginning of their careers. Interns will have access to training, integration programs and initiatives that promote a more complete experience of the Roche universe.<\/p>\n<p>Another highlight is the commitment to diversity of profiles, courses and universities. Roche is committed to expanding the reach of the program, attracting students from different regions and backgrounds, contributing to a more inclusive and collaborative work environment.<\/p>\n<p>Development activities include onboarding and a training path designed to prepare new talent for the challenges of the pharmaceutical sector.
