AVEVA Unified Engineering integrates the design process with front-end engineering and 3D-based detailed engineering. AVEVA Unified Project Execution connects and simplifies the purchase and construction processes for capital-intensive projects. AVEVA Enterprise Learning enables rapid qualification of operators and engineers through Extended Reality (XR) and simulation tools to ensure efficient start-up and shutdown, normal operations and the ability to handle abnormal situations.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cThis release is in line with the ability of AVEVA, the first company in the industrial and engineering software market to comprehensively address the end-to-end digital transformation imperatives with an integrated portfolio of solutions that deliver efficiency, they add value and empower people throughout the lifecycle of capital-intensive assets and operational value chains,\u201d said Craig Hayman, CEO of AVEVA. &quot;The integrated solution changes the way owner operators engage with EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) companies in the design, construction, commissioning and operation of their capital intensive assets.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>\tThe features of the integrated solution enable the adoption of an EPC 4.0 strategy for the owner operator, necessary for the digital transformation in capital intensive sectors. This enables collaboration on a global scale, across hybrid cloud architectures and on a common platform. The entire manufacturing process can be traced, traced and connected \u2013 from engineering and design, through procurement and construction, delivery, operation and maintenance, as a comprehensive \u201cDigital Twin\u201d of the asset.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Transform capital-intensive projects into secure, on-time, and on-budget deliveries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tThe new AVEVA Unified Project Execution enables integration of the modeling process and plant lifecycle, from design to detailed engineering, for frictionless, cloud-based multidisciplinary engineer collaboration. The result is a minimum improvement of 50% in engineering efficiency in the FEED (Front-End Engineering and Design), and up to 30% in detailed engineering, which can result in a reduction of up to 3% in total cost. These savings can be reinvested in the quality, accuracy and engineering maturity of the business processes performed later on.<\/p>\n<p>\tAVEVA Unified Project Execution integrates with AVEVA Unified Engineering to eliminate silos in Procurement and Construction by combining the core disciplines covering Contract Risk Management; Control of Materials and Supply Chain; and Construction Management in a cloud-based digital project execution environment. AVEVA Unified Project Execution delivers up to 15% reduction in material costs, up to 10% in labor costs, and decreases unquoted purchases by up to 50%, which translates into total savings of up to 10% for the clients.<\/p>\n<p>\tAVEVA Enterprise Learning combines traditional, simulation-based learning with 3D connected learning management solutions. AVEVA&#039;s learning solution extends AVEVA Unified Engineering&#039;s process models and 3D models to accelerate DCS (Distributed Control System) operator training, field operator training, process and maintenance procedures, and awareness of process safety situation.
