With this move, TOTVS will take another step in building a complete portfolio of solutions for the retail segment, with Management software \u2013 including a new robust offering for chains and franchises \u2013 in addition to other Business Performance and Techfin solutions, thus driving the digitalization and transformation of retailers through the integration of cutting-edge technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The amount to be paid for the entire share capital of VarejOnline is R$1,490,000. In addition, the agreement provides for a supplementary payment that is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.
