The terms were agreed between the companies and the conclusion of the deal will take place after approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2017, Aoop serves clients across multiple industries with a focus on accelerating automated digital strategies. With Aoop, NTT DATA will expand its presence in the Latin American ServiceNow solutions market, adding capabilities with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nttdata-solutions.com\/us\/press-center\/local-press-releases\/ntt-data-announces-the-acquisition-of-sapphire\/\">another acquisition recently made in England<\/a>, which focused on strengthening this offering in Europe and the United States.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-80984 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Software-I-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/>\u201cWith the acquisition of Aoop, we will significantly increase our competitiveness in Brazil by offering SAP and ServiceNow solutions, positioning ourselves alongside market leaders,\u201d said Norbert Rotter, CEO of NTT DATA Business Solutions and EVP of NTT DATA, Inc. \u201cThis move will not only secure us a leadership position in the rapidly growing ServiceNow ecosystem, but will also integrate into the NTT DATA Group a company with a strong market presence and solid financials.
