The material, which is available for free download, aims to help companies navigate the legislation that promotes social inclusion and the development of new talent.<\/p>\n<p>The primer <a href=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/en\/estudos-sobre-mercado-e-o-futuro-do-trabalho\/\"><strong>\u201cGood practices for hiring young ICT apprentices\u201d<\/strong><\/a> addresses a number of important topics, including the impact of the Apprenticeship Law, an analysis of the current scenario, and practical tips and reports of successful experiences in implementing apprenticeship programs. The Apprenticeship Law, formally known as Law 10.097\/2000, regulates the work of young people between the ages of 14 and 24 under a special regime, providing not only opportunities to enter the job market, but also technical training in the area in which they work.<\/p>\n<p>The event brought together a diverse and experienced group of professionals to share their experiences and best practices. Participants included:<br \/>\nAna Claudia Moro, Lawyer specializing in Corporate Labor Law and legal consultant at ABES; Bianca Costriuba de Maria, Responsible for Culture and Climate at 1Doc; Carla Francischette,<br \/>\nMonitoring and Operations Analyst at United Way Brasil; Cl\u00e1udia Meirelles, Head of HR at Ita\u00fasa and Advisor; Luciano M\u00e1ximo, Senior Program Manager at AWS and Leader of the ABES Committee on the Future of Work; Luiza Antunes Alves, Responsible for Recruitment and Selection at 1Doc; Tais Alemar, Coordinator of Productive Inclusion and New Business at Despertar; and Paulo Milliet Roque, President of ABES.<\/p>\n<p>Lawyer Ana Claudia Moro discussed the legal aspects of the Apprenticeship Law, highlighting how the legislation is a milestone for the insertion of young people into the professional market in an appropriate and protected manner. Claudia Meirelles, Luiza Antunes Alves and Bianca Costriuba de Maria talked about the integration of young apprentices into the companies where they work, while Ta\u00eds Alemar and Carla Francichette explained how they contribute to the process as youth training entities. The live moderation was very well conducted by Luciano M\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n<p>The event and the booklet launched not only promote the adoption of the Apprenticeship Law, but also encourage companies to invest in the development of young talent, contributing to the construction of a more inclusive and qualified job market.
