From a database of 116,000 candidates, it was found that 42.11 TP3T take courses related to technology and 24.21 TP3T take courses related to business, which includes Economics, Administration and Accounting. See the table below for all the areas registered:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-78933 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/unnamed-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"556\" height=\"412\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/unnamed-6.png 556w, https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/unnamed-6-480x356.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 556px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_5114085083026002761ql-align-justify\"><strong>Demographics: 6 in 10 are between 18 and 24 years old and most are in the Southeast<\/strong><u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_5114085083026002761ql-align-justify\">According to the survey, 67.3% of the candidates for the base internship (6 in every 10) are in the age group between 18 and 24 years old and those aged 35 to 44 years old represent 4.5%. Candidates aged 45 to 54 years old make up 0.8%, while those aged between 55 and 64 years old and under 18 years old make up 0.1%.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_5114085083026002761ql-align-justify\">The region with the highest concentration of students is the Southeast (58.9%), followed by the Northeast (18.8%), South (11%), Central-West (7.1%) and North (4.2%). In the analysis of the Federative Units (UFs), S\u00e3o Paulo (24.2%) has the highest number of interns, followed by Rio de Janeiro (5.2%), Minas Gerais (3.7%) and Santa Catarina (2.7%). See the complete ranking in the graph below:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-78934 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/unnamed-1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"532\" height=\"452\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/unnamed-1-1.png 532w, https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/unnamed-1-1-480x408.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 532px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diversity in numbers<\/strong><u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_5114085083026002761ql-align-justify\">In the current scenario, the Serasa Experian survey found that women are ahead, representing 55.3% of the applications. Men make up 43.6%, while people who identify as non-binary represent 0.6%. \u201cThe numbers highlight the significant presence of women who are shaping the job market in training. Regardless of the region, there is an ongoing effort to ensure equal opportunities for professional development for everyone. In our internship program, between 2023 and 2024, we hired more than 60% women, positively reflecting our commitment to gender equality and the training of all people in their professional journey\u201d, says Serasa Experian&#039;s Human Resources Manager, Camila Souza.\u00a0\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_5114085083026002761ql-align-justify\">Regarding racial diversity, the Serasa Experian survey revealed an interesting panorama. The data showed that 50.31% of them identify as white and 46.81% as black\/brown. In addition, 0.7% identified themselves as Trans People.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_5114085083026002761ql-align-justify\"><strong>Best Internship Experiences Award<\/strong><u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_5114085083026002761ql-align-justify\">In July of this year, Serasa Experian was recognized as one of the best companies to intern at in Brazil, taking 4th place in the Best Internship Experiences (BIE) ranking, according to FirstJob.
