The partnership comes achieving success with the company&#039;s participation in projects in Senai&#039;s schools and Institutes of Innovation and Technology (ISI and IST). The initiatives include expanding the training calendar and boosting digital transformation, through access to technological solutions in almost 600 Senai units in the country.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-77243 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Industria-digital.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Siemens facilitated the largest technological standardization project for Senai&#039;s automation benches, which, with the support of learning systems manufacturer Exxer, began to be divided according to automation complexity standards N1, N2 and N3, making learning for students from the 273 participating units even more practical. Among the solutions incorporated into students&#039; daily lives are lines such as WinCC Unified, SIMATIC PLCs, IOLink modules, HMIs, SITOP power supplies, RFID system and SCALANCE switches.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>This training allows students to understand how to efficiently control and manage machines, equipment and industrial processes in real time, facilitating systems integration, increasing productivity, reducing costs and improving safety in industrial environments. The initiative also attracted the attention of Senati-Peru, an institution similar to Senai in Brazil, looking for a similar technology implementation model.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe collaboration with Senai goes beyond an investment in cutting-edge technology for the automation and digital transformation of its units. It is a commitment to the future of Brazilian industry. Our objective is to connect young talents and even more mature teams linked to innovation with the most modern development and modernization of the industry, ensuring that they are prepared to boost innovation and competitiveness in the sector\u201d, says Jos\u00e9 Borges Frias Jr. , Head of Corporate Innovation at Siemens Brazil.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>Continuing training throughout the country<\/strong><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Siemens&#039; support for teaching cutting-edge technology at Senai extends from the north to the south of the country. At the Anchieta unit, in S\u00e3o Paulo, Siemens held an event together with PLMX Solu\u00e7\u00f5es and Axis Solutions to discuss the transformation of the industry, through digital twin technology for N2 plants, and brought together more than 200 teachers and students from twenty cities. In S\u00e3o Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Siemens supported the Senai Innovation Institute, where the company offers training and technology for software and control systems. In Cear\u00e1, the company promoted the first Workshop on \u201cSafety Instrumented Systems (SIS) for the Process Industry and the IEC 61511 standard\u201d, at the Senai Maracana\u00fa unit, focusing on the energy transition and safety scenario in the industry. For this year, at least four more major cooperations are planned with Senai units in the states of Paran\u00e1, S\u00e3o Paulo, Cear\u00e1 and Pernambuco.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHere at Siemens, we are committed to building a more sustainable and inclusive future, and we believe that partnerships like this, with the education sector, play a fundamental role in this process. Our investment goes beyond developing professional skills and talent; it also promotes a culture of innovation and corporate social responsibility aligned with our commitment to a more sustainable future for the industry\u201d, concludes Julio Cesar Alves da Cunha, business and solutions manager at Siemens Brazil.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>Senai students at DEX<\/strong><br \/>\nIn addition to the project to improve the structure of Senai schools, Siemens has also been contributing to the process of continuing education for students. One of the main ways young people get closer to the technologies of the future are visits to the Digital Experience Center (DEX), a catalyst for technology and innovation at the service of society. Combining the real and digital worlds, DEX brings together solutions that accelerate digitalization, in a space where it is possible to live an immersive experience and visualize the true meaning of technology with purpose, that is, one that positively impacts human beings.
