{"id":77087,"date":"2024-07-12T08:58:00","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T11:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/?p=77087"},"modified":"2024-07-12T09:00:37","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T12:00:37","slug":"iti-passa-a-integrar-estrutura-do-mgi-e-recebe-nova-estrutura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/en\/iti-passa-a-integrar-estrutura-do-mgi-e-recebe-nova-estrutura\/","title":{"rendered":"ITI joins the MGI structure and receives a new structure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Decrees were published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) on July 9th <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"><a style=\"font-weight: 500;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/web\/dou\/-\/decreto-n-12.102-de-8-de-julho-de-2024-570885735\" data-tippreview-enabled=\"false\" data-tippreview-image=\"\" data-tippreview-title=\"\">No. 12,102<\/a><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 500;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/decreto-n-12.103-de-8-de-julho-de-2024-570878687\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">No. 12,103,<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0in which the National Institute of Information Technology (ITI) becomes linked to the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) and receives a new regulatory structure.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-77088 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/ITI-MGI-corte.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"438\" height=\"244\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Decree No. 12,103 promotes adjustments to the organizational structure of the ITI, involving the creation of organizational units, changes and updating of competencies, as well as the reorganization of the organizational structure, commission positions and functions of trust of the Authority.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Among the various changes, we highlight the creation of the Identification Technologies Directorate, the change of nomenclature from the Public Key Infrastructure Directorate to the Technological Infrastructure Directorate, as well as the increase in its responsibilities and also the Audit, Inspection Directorate and Standardization, all to welcome and adapt the Institute&#039;s final directorates to the new competencies attributed to the ITI in the context of the new National Identification Card (CIN) brought by the\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 500;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/decreto-n-11.797-de-27-de-novembro-de-2023-526275292\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Decree No. 11,797, of November 27, 2023<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, which provides for the Citizen Identification Service and the governance of the identification of natural persons within the scope of direct, autonomous and foundational federal public administration, and establishes the Federal Executive Chamber for Citizen Identification (Cefic).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In addition to the new competencies relating to CIN, the\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 500;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2020\/decreto\/D10543.htm\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Decree No. 10,543, of November 13, 2020<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, had already assigned ITI new powers in the context of the operation of Gov.br&#039;s advanced electronic signatures, in support of MGI&#039;s Digital Government Secretariat (SGD), without there being, at the time, any impact on ITI&#039;s regulatory structure.
