The vacancies are intended for students who are finishing or have completed high school in public schools.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-76826 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/curso-proa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"415\" height=\"233\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To participate, simply register at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.proa.org.br\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.proa.org.br\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1720636771720000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3y11PP2znYy0vbN1INema_\">site<\/a>, answer a basic Portuguese language, mathematics and profile analysis test, and, if approved, the candidate must proceed to the stage of filling out personal data and enrolling in the course.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAround 85% of young people get a job after completing the course that qualifies the student to enter the job market prepared\u201d, says Alini Dal&#039;Magro, CEO of Instituto PROA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The PROA course, which will start on September 2nd, has a workload of 100 hours and is divided into 4 modules that prepare students to define professional goals and do well in job interviews: Self-knowledge, Professional Project, Logical Reasoning and Communication. There are also weekly live meetings mediated by tutors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Young people can choose to take a 5th module with a specific technical track. There are 8 careers to choose from, sponsored by large companies, with 50 hours of preparation for each: Administration (P&amp;G), Logistics (P&amp;G), Excel and Power BI (Microsoft), Retail (Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Casas Bahia), UX Design (Accenture), Brand Promotion (BRF), Financial Education (Bloomberg + Dahlia Capital) and Customer Service (IMFG + BMG Group).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end of the course, participants receive a certificate of completion and access to an exclusive job vacancy platform.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Job market<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the examples of success is former student Samuel Lopes Cabral, aged 20, who discovered the PROA Platform through a TV report and took the course in 2023. \u201cI learned everything from creating a CV to improving my communication, it was a unique experience and today I feel more confident professionally\u201d, says the young man, who after the course and with the help of PROA, is employed as an administrative assistant at the Casas Bahia Group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>About the PROA Institute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The PROA Institute was founded in 2007 with the aim of helping low-income young people enter the job market, sharing knowledge about careers, planning, self-knowledge for vocations and communication. Since then, it has impacted more than 36 thousand students with its two main projects, Plataforma PROA \u2013 preparation for the first job \u2013 and PROPROFISS\u00c3O \u2013 programming course for those who want to be a Java Junior developer.
