The recognition is due to the positive impact of <a href=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/en\/rhtech\/\"><strong>HR Tech Platform<\/strong><\/a> in the job market, by encouraging the development of talent, promoting updates on employability in technology and encouraging strategic discussions on career management, talent retention, team development, inclusion and diversity, hybrid work models, among other topics.<\/p>\n<p>Jamile Sabatini Marques, Director of Innovation and Promotion at ABES, expressed gratitude for the recognition and emphasized the platform&#039;s mission to connect and encourage talent for the technology market. \u201cIt is an honor to see our work recognized again. This reaffirms our commitment to fostering a more inclusive and diverse work ecosystem\u201d, highlighted Jamile.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony was attended by other RH Tech partners, such as Luiz Eduardo Drouet, president of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources of S\u00e3o Paulo (ABRH-SP), and Luciano M\u00e1ximo, representative of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and co-leader of the Committee Future of Work at ABES.
