The program, carried out in partnership with Ada \u2013 a technology-driven education platform with a focus on employability \u2013 aims to contribute to the entry of PWDs into the technology job market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interested parties can register\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ada.tech\/sou-aluno\/programas\/b3-inclua-mais\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/ada.tech\/sou-aluno\/programas\/b3-inclua-mais&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1713811455232000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2kM25eHQf8zvfFEBcoAW3i\">on this link<\/a>\u00a0until April 30th. There will be a four-month course, during which the 20 selected students will learn 100% online and live about the main existing programming languages and those most used on the Brazilian stock exchange:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Programming Logic I<\/li>\n<li>Object Oriented Programming I<\/li>\n<li>Object Oriented Programming II<\/li>\n<li>Web Programming II<\/li>\n<li>Automated Tests I<\/li>\n<li>Software Architecture and Agile I<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to technology content, program participants will also have classes focused on Soft Skills and Career Guidance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program reinforces B3&#039;s role in supporting diversity inside and outside the company. \u201cB3 remains committed to promoting diversity and inclusion comprehensively. We believe that the agenda goes beyond hiring people, which is why we adopted an employability strategy that allows us to identify opportunities and bring development programs to this audience. With B3 Inclua+ we want to contribute to a more diverse and inclusive environment in companies\u201d, says Manuela Rodrigues Alves, superintendent of Organizational Development, Culture and Diversity at B3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Felipe Paiva, CEO of Ada, the partnership with B3, already old, is another significant step towards inclusion in the tech sector. \u201cAda\u2019s objective has been to promote training programs with a focus on employability in this area, enabling the inclusion of diverse profiles in technology. We believe that B3 Inclua+ will result in a collaboration that reinforces the joint commitment to employability and talent development. I\u2019m excited about this initiative\u201d, says Paiva.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Discover other initiatives developed by B3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B3 Include+ joins other B3 initiatives focused on developing tech talent, taking into account the inclusion of underrepresented groups. In 2023, the second edition of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.b3.com.br\/pt_br\/noticias\/b3-lanca-segunda-edicao-do-manas-da-tech.htm\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.b3.com.br\/pt_br\/noticias\/b3-lanca-segunda-edicao-do-manas-da-tech.htm&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1713811455233000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2irhM8PXBgvg5fqOUSDi3U\">Tech Sisters<\/a>, a technology internship program, exclusively for women, which has already received 53 people and the second edition of \u00aa, an intensive professional training program, also exclusively for women, who want to start a career in the technology area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scholarship also offers the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ada.tech\/sou-aluno\/plataforma\/b3.dev\"
