Founded in 1998, Conexos serves clients in the retail, trading, logistics, industrial and commodities sectors. The flagship is the Global Trade Management (GTM) software focused on the broad management of foreign trade, from visibility in international logistics to the most complex customs clearance controls, special regimes, exchange rate and taxation, all of this enhanced by more than 65 built-in robots.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>The logistics of importing and exporting goods and commodities in Brazil are complex and extremely regulated. Furthermore, tax calculation and communication with Siscomex is unique compared to other countries. With the acquisition, both companies combine their competencies in a unique offering: NTT DATA Business Solutions enables the transformation to SAP\u00aeS\/4HANA and offers multiple tax solutions. Conexos, with its GTM software, allows efficient and agile control of imports and exports, focused on optimizing processes with a commitment to raising the level of visibility, management and governance in our clients&#039; COMEX transactions.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the acquisition of Conexos, we will strengthen the existing market in our focus country, which is Brazil.
