Serasa Experian, in partnership with Gerando Falc\u00f5es, is providing 316 free 100% scholarships to low-income young people aged between 18 and 29 who want to enter the technology and data market. To the Applications open on August 21st<\/a>, with vacancies reserved exclusively for residents of favelas of the indicated age, who are attending or have completed high school in a public institution or privately on a scholarship.<\/p>\n

In this round of the project, three regions will be covered: the city of Bel\u00e9m, in Par\u00e1, will receive 100 scholarships, in Fortaleza, in Cear\u00e1, 96 scholarships will be offered and in the region of Florian\u00f3polis, in Santa Catarina, 120. sign up through the website www.serasaexperian.com.br\/transformese<\/a> and those who participate in the program will receive a monthly allowance of R$ 500.<\/p>\n

The program will be face-to-face, taught at a Senac unit belonging to each region and will last 260 hours divided into two phases, covering basic computing, programming logic and systems programming. In addition, the selected young candidates will have career mentoring with Serasa Experian professionals, personalized social and pedagogical support, Senac certification at the end of the course and support for entering the market.<\/p>\n

The initiative is part of Transform Yourself Program<\/a> from Serasa Experian, which has been in existence for 2 years and aims to develop vulnerable people in the programming area, a sector that only grows and generates job opportunities. The project, in addition to the regions contemplated now, has already taken place in S\u00e3o Paulo, capital and interior, in Rio de Janeiro and in the Federal District.<\/p>\n

The executive manager of Sustainability at Serasa Experian, Paulo Gomes, comments that entering the job market is an arduous process for young people, especially for those who have not had the opportunity to receive adequate training. \u201cWe want to transform the lives of young people in the favela through education, breaking barriers to reduce inequality. We will have a complete approach, with consistent technical content, human development and differentiated attention for each individual, ensuring that they can make the most of the opportunity. In the end, these young people will be able to work in any company or technology area\u201d.<\/p>\n
