Opportunities are available to candidates who\u00a0<\/i><\/u><\/u>are studying from the 3rd period in the technology area<\/i><\/p>\n

THE\u00a0lg people place<\/a>, the largest HR Tech in Brazil, is accepting applications for Onset, the company's Internship Program. The project seeks young university students from the technology area from all over the country, who like to learn, make new friends and who are not afraid of innovation. Enrollment is now open and interested parties have until May 31 to enroll in the\u00a0site<\/a>\u00a0of the company.<\/u><\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

To participate, it is not necessary to have previous experience, but those interested must be studying from the third period in the technology area and have knowledge in informatics. The vacancies are aimed at the areas of development, support and planning.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

The Onset lasts for one year, with a workload of 30 hours per week. During the first months, the intern participates in training with LG specialists, interspersed with periods of work in their department.<\/u><\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

The recruitment and selection process will be completely online, with an evaluation of the academic curriculum, application of tests, interview, behavioral assessment and feedback.<\/u><\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

In addition to a stipend and benefits, the program offers continuous investments in professional training, practical learning with guidance from market specialists, food vouchers or meal vouchers, home-office assistance, gympass and group life insurance.<\/u><\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

The Onset is the opportunity for the professional to start a career at LG seeking to be hired in the company. This is the case of Support Analyst, Bianca Alencar, who completed a year and four months of internship and in March 2023 was hired in her current position. \u201cParticipating in LG's learning program was a unique and rewarding opportunity, in which I was able to have contact with several people from the professional environment.
