But there is still a lot of potential for growth in the sector in the Brazilian market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">ABES believes that a safe legislative and regulatory environment and a set of robust public policies that allow organizations in the sector to continue contributing to the development of Brazil is, therefore, essential for this objective to be achieved. And, to contribute to this objective and driven by the commitment to transparency, ABES discloses its<a href=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/en\/agenda-regulatoria-ABES\/\"> Regulatory Agenda for the year 2023<\/a> and sent this material by e-mail to the parliamentarians of the National Congress and delivered the printed version in meetings and public hearings with members of the Legislative and Executive powers in Bras\u00edlia (DF).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<em>With this initiative, the association brings together in a single document and gives visibility to the main recommendations of the entity for public policies in areas of paramount importance for the country and in view of our purpose of contributing to the construction of a Digital Brazil, Less Unequal<\/em>\u201d, highlights Paulo Milliet Roque, CEO of ABES. This material was prepared by <a href=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/en\/servicos\/comites-e-grupos-de-trabalho\/\">Regulatory Committee<\/a>, with the support of the other committees and working groups,
