The content is free and available on the Conecta+ portal, on Microsoft&#039;s YouTube channel and on Escola do Trabalhador 4.0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Microsoft has launched a new knowledge trail, called \u201cHow to get a new job\u201d, with the aim of increasing the employability of Brazilians. The content was created in partnership with Ub\u00e1 Gest\u00e3o, a consultancy specializing in strategic people management, and includes tips from professional Denise Bueno, a specialist in Human Resources.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-61561 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/microsoft-conecta-218x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"218\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/microsoft-conecta-218x300.jpg 218w, https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/microsoft-conecta-9x12.jpg 9w, https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/microsoft-conecta.jpg 397w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 218px) 100vw, 218px\" \/>Available on platforms <a href=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/en\/listings\/conecta-programas-gratuitos-de-capacitacao-da-microsoft\/\">connect+<\/a>, Microsoft&#039;s training hub, and at Escola do Trabalhador 4.0, a partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), the free course is divided into 4 modules and has classes in videos and support material. The content can also be accessed through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLB1hpnUGshUI5VQHDfl9CMLYZiPT5f3kj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list%3DPLB1hpnUGshUI5VQHDfl9CMLYZiPT5f3kj&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1682108267678000&amp;usg=AOvVaw13AWCm0X9CAlmDf-gio9Sf\">YouTube from Microsoft Brazil<\/a>\u00a0and will be made available by other partners that work with digital training for employability in their e-learning platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft promotes several learning and employability initiatives aimed at training the workforce in digital literacy and in the technologies demanded in today&#039;s world of work. They are courses for different levels of knowledge, from the most basic to the most advanced, with the possibility of certification. The \u201cHow to get a job\u201d trail is here to complement the digital training trails and transform the acquired knowledge into better jobs and economic opportunities. It is 100% online and can be taken by anyone looking for an opportunity. It is divided into four modules: how to prepare a resume, how to look for a job, how to do well in an interview, and how to use and improve your LinkedIn profile.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith this new track, we managed to make the study and employability journey even more complete within the Conecta+ and MTE learning platforms, in which workers find training in the skills needed for current job vacancies. In addition to the technical knowledge, the participants now have the learning necessary to apply for the job positions of interest to them\u201d, explains Lucia Rodrigues, leader of Philanthropy at Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p>The courses and training offered by Microsoft are part of the Microsoft Mais Brasil plan, launched in 2020, which aims to support the country in challenges that have become even more evident in the pandemic, such as training people. Among these initiatives is Conecta+, which now\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/news.microsoft.com\/pt-br\/microsoft-lanca-novo-portal-do-conecta-e-reune-todos-os-seus-treinamentos-em-um-unico-espaco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/news.microsoft.com\/pt-br\/microsoft-lanca-novo-portal-do-conecta-e-reune-todos-os-seus-treinamentos-em-um-unico-espaco\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1682108267678000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1BlPShHg3t7jdEZlqnEZPH\">became a hub<\/a>\u00a0with all training offered by the company, including Microsoft Reactor events, courses exclusively for women and other underrepresented populations in the technology market, and free LinkedIn Learning courses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMore than offering training, it is also necessary to help these people to enter the world of work and, with this initiative, we want to support employability in the country, generating better economic opportunities for everyone\u201d, completes Lucia Rodrigues. In all, since July 2020, more than 7 million people have been impacted by Microsoft&#039;s training and retraining programs, including Escola do Trabalhador 4.0.
