To contribute to the advancement of a public policy agenda for digital transformation and innovation in Brazil, ABES launched the\u00a0THINK TANK ABES \u2013 Center for Intelligence, Public Policy and Innovation<\/a><\/strong>, which was born with the mission of bringing together a team of qualified researchers, who will be invited to reflect on trends, study, debate and propose solutions for the country's main challenges, bearing in mind that new technologies are vectors of profound transformations.<\/p>\n

This team is already being formed with the disclosure of the eight professionals selected in the selection process of the first notice of the 2023 Fellowship Program.\u201dWe received candidates with excellent profiles and it was not easy to choose. We were very happy with the adhesion to our proposal and, soon, we will launch the second notice. With such a qualified team, we are certain that we will achieve all the goals we have set for the ABES Think Tank<\/em>\u201d, highlighted Jamile Sabatini Marques, Director of Innovation and Development at ABES and coordinator of the Think Tank.<\/p>\n

Lawyer at the Special Commission on Privacy, Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence of the OAB-SP. PhD student at PPG Stricto Sensu in Intelligence Technologies and Digital Design, at the Pontifical Catholic University of S\u00e3o Paulo (TIDD PUC-SP) and researcher-coordinator at TransObjeto (about technological regulation and ethical and sociotechnical implications of emerging technologies in the Global South ). He also develops research at the IEA \u2013 USP, at the EthikAI Institute and at the Law and Innovation Research Group (GEDI) at the Mackenzie Presbyterian University Law School (legal aspects of Artificial Intelligence).
