After completing almost 200 hours of content, 63 students were certified, with 10 of them hired by B3 companies.<u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-8555610394451826212ql-align-justify\">&quot;The program\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mandacaru.dev\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/mandacaru.dev&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1680775888761000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2z69nndm8yQC6_kFe__HjC\">mandacaru.dev<\/a>\u00a0it certainly was a very important milestone in my professional life, in which I was able to acquire technical knowledge of machine learning and data science, and also improve my behavioral skills. It was because of this program that I got my job at B3, which manages to bring me countless technical and personal learnings every day, in order to complement what I learned at the University\u201d, comments William Bruno, one of the students in the program who was hired by B3.<u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-8555610394451826212ql-align-justify\">Mandacaru had 40 mentors from B3 companies, who helped students with the proposed challenges and brought a closer perspective of the job market to academic training. The rector of the Federal University of Cear\u00e1 (UFC), C\u00e2ndido Albuquerque, highlights the importance of the partnership. \u201cThis is the role that the Brazilian university is assuming today: the university that researches, innovates and undertakes.
