The objective of the union between the companies is to promote digital transformation in Brazil, democratizing and promoting tech learning for the next generation of professionals in the technology market.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>THE\u00a0<span class=\"m_1875800156449448571il\">iTalents<\/span>\u00a0will act on two fronts with Amazon. The first will be the creation of postgraduate courses in Cloud that will have the seal of the AWS Academy. These are courses that will prepare professionals for the desired, industry-recognized AWS certifications and careers in the cloud.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the AWS Academy, the startup will also participate in AWS EdStart, the educational technology startup accelerator program designed to help entrepreneurs create the next generation of online learning solutions, data analytics and campus management on the AWS Cloud.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough AWS EdStart, we offer entrepreneurs access to AWS cloud technology to create their educational solutions in a safe, scalable and economical way, in addition to other benefits that will directly support the development of EdTech&#039;s business\u201d, explains Paulo Cunha, director of AWS for the Public Sector in Brazil.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>The tech career accelerator also aims to promote inclusion and diversity in the sector, seeking to provide greater professional equality of gender, race, among others. \u201cSince our objective is to act in the fight against the shortage of manpower in technology, we also want to work in the field of opportunities, in addition to bringing unemployed and underemployed people to the market. Through scenario-based learning, hands-on labs and didactic material, students can gain the technical and behavioral skills needed for an entry-level position in the segment,\u201d says the CEO of\u00a0<span class=\"m_1875800156449448571il\">iTalents<\/span>, Engels Rego.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_1875800156449448571il\"><b>iTalents<\/b><\/span><strong>\u00a0takes over Unyleya&#039;s tech segment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>THE <span class=\"m_1875800156449448571il\">iTalents<\/span>\u00a0continues to expand its network of partnerships and, from now on, will be responsible for the entire content production of Unyleya&#039;s technology courses vertical. The initiative takes place through the creation of a program that focuses on practical and up-to-date teaching, training specialists for the tech market in just six months. The first courses are MBAs in the areas of Full Stack and UX Design.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith a hands-on methodology, the assessments are based on practical projects and solutions to real problems. In addition, ensuring academic quality, the teaching staff is composed of masters and doctors who work in large organizations\u201d, details the CEO of\u00a0<span class=\"m_1875800156449448571il\">iTalents<\/span>\u00a0and co-founder of Unyleya College. \u201cThe program also has differentials such as dedicated tutoring, which will accompany students in a synchronous and asynchronous way, in addition to an exclusive hackathon\u201d, he adds.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>In addition, Unylab is another highlight that arises from the partnership with Unyleya and Amazon. It is a computer lab in the cloud that allows students to access a virtual machine through any device connected to the internet. With this, the student can have the experience of getting in touch with different resources without having to invest in powerful equipment or specific software.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>According to Engels Rego, Unylab is a market first when it comes to accessibility. \u201cIt is a novelty that simplifies for the student and for the teacher. Through the use of any device connected to the internet, the student has access to state-of-the-art equipment. Even a TV can be a gateway to a high-performance computer. Students who enroll in postgraduate courses in the month the partnership is launched will receive a device from the Amazon Fire TV Stick line, which will allow them to connect their TV with HDMI input to the internet and use it as a virtual computer\u201d, highlights.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith these partnerships, we reinforce our purpose of connecting potential technology professionals with the job market, providing opportunities for people.
