Cimento Apodi&#039;s Internal Audit coordinator, Brena Rebou\u00e7as, says that the company chose the SoftExpert Suite tool because it perfectly suits the group&#039;s business strategies. \u201cThe solution has a single interface interconnected between the internal audit, risk management and internal controls modules and this point was crucial for the choice\u201d, he comments.<u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_2815582000152756856ql-align-justify\">Currently, all the company&#039;s leaders have access to the platform, being able to follow the action plans and mapped risks in real time. As a result, senior management gained agility in decision-making, being able to focus on increasingly strategic activities.<u><\/u><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_2815582000152756856ql-align-justify\">\u201cThe platform has changed the way we work, we are now able to manage the treatment of corporate risks, formalize the internal audit work and follow up on improvement plans throughout the organization, maintaining the reliability and transparency of the processes.
