From this law, we highlight the articles transcribed below:<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t<em>Art. 63. It is mandatory to <strong>accessibility on websites<\/strong> maintained by companies with headquarters or commercial representation in the country or by government agencies, <strong>for use by the disabled<\/strong>, guaranteeing you access to available information, according to the <strong>best practices and guidelines<\/strong> internationally adopted accessibility standards.<\/em><br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t<em>\u00a7 1 Sites must contain a highlighted accessibility symbol.<\/em><br \/>\n\t<em>\u00a7 2 Community telecentres that receive federal public funds for their funding or installation and internet cafes must have accessible equipment and facilities.<\/em><br \/>\n\t<em>\u00a7 3 The telecenters and lan houses referred to in \u00a7 2 of this article must guarantee at least 10% (ten percent) of their computers with accessibility features for people with visual impairments, with at least 1 (one) equipment being ensured. , when the percentage result is less than 1 (one).<\/em><br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t<em>Art. 64. Accessibility on the websites referred to in art. 63 of this Law must be observed in order to obtain the financing referred to in item III of art. 54 of this Law.<\/em><br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t<strong>DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY SEAL<\/strong><br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tIn order to encourage companies to adapt to the statute of persons with disabilities, the Municipal Secretariat for Persons with Disabilities (SMPED), of the Municipality of S\u00e3o Paulo, created the <strong>Digital Accessibility Seal, <\/strong>which certifies the sites and portals that comply with accessibility criteria established nationally and internationally.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tThose responsible for websites and electronic portals can apply for the Seal to SPMED, which, together with the <strong>Permanent Accessibility Commission<\/strong>, will assess the accessibility of the pages submitted, according to criteria and procedures established in the <strong>SMPED-GAB Ordinance n\u00ba 08\/2018<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tApplicants whose evaluated websites comply with these criteria will be awarded with the <strong>Digital Accessibility Seal<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t<strong>ON THE SECRETARIAT OF THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES OF THE PMSP<\/strong><br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tIts mission is to promote the social transformation necessary for the inclusion of people with disabilities. Thus, it is incumbent upon it to conduct, execute and articulate governmental actions between the bodies and entities of the Municipality of S\u00e3o Paulo and the various sectors of society, aiming at the implementation of the municipal policy for people with disabilities.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tSMPED also has the function of developing projects aimed at the implementation of public policies with the objective of improving the quality of life of people with disabilities - be it physical, intellectual, hearing, visual and multiple. It was created by Decree 45,811, of April 1, 2005.
