\n\tLG Lugar de gente has just launched Feedback Gen.te, a mobile solution aimed at people management areas. With numerous features and easy-to-navigate screens, the application can be adapted to the criteria of each company and aims to support managers in applying continuous feedback.

\n\tThe vice president of LG Lugar de gente, Felipe Azevedo, explains that the solution was developed to equip and support the implementation of a culture of organic and continuous feedback. \u201cThis is, today, one of the main trends in people management, not only because it meets the new demands for real-time assessment, but also because it speeds up corrective actions and promotes constant learning\u201d, comments Azevedo.

\n\tOrganizing continuous feedback processes in companies, engaging teams, creating a positive environment and a culture of collaboration and learning were some of the bases used by LG Lugar de gente for the development of the Feedback Gen.te application.
\n\t 
\n\tFelipe Azevedo explains that the solution is very flexible and can be customized according to criteria defined by the corporation. "With the app installed on the cell phone, everyone in the organization can give, receive and even ask for feedback in a practical and quick way, in real time", adds Azevedo. adapting the solution to this reality is essential for the application to give the expected results.\u201d According to the executive, \u201cit is at this time that the experience and partnership between client and developer are decisive\u201d.

\n\tApplication Features<\/strong>

\n\tWith versions for installation in Android and IOS environments, the application has a screen similar to social network profiles, intuitive navigation and features that enable a series of interactions between users, in addition to management features, such as extracting consolidated reports containing various indicators, among them, the total number of feedbacks, monthly or daily average, most cited skills and most scored people.
\n\t 
\n\tAmong the main features are the history of feedbacks on the timeline; interaction through \u201capplause\u201d, \u201clikes\u201d and \u201ccomments\u201d; sending individual or collective feedbacks; association of feelings (happy, satisfied, proud) and points to feedback, allowing the user to change levels on the platform and exchange for rewards, through gamification technology.
