TOTVS, Brazil's largest technology company, announces the acquisition of Feedz, a Brazilian HR Tech specializing in subscription solutions for engagement, performance and organizational climate. The move expands the company's already robust portfolio of HR solutions and accelerates its strategy of building a complete ecosystem of B2B technologies. The transaction for the shares representing 60% of Feedz's capital was R\uff0466 million reais. Additionally, the contract provides for the payment of an additional purchase price, subject to compliance with certain conditions.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/u><\/u>The Santa Catarina company founded in 2018 offers a complete platform to increase employee engagement and performance. Today, Feedz already impacts 1,000 customers, with 150,000 users throughout Brazil and 140 employees. Among the main tools are Performance Management, with personalized reports and OKR (objectives and targets), which allows transparent management of objectives. In addition, the tool also promotes Engagement Management, with tools such as Pulse Organizational Climate Survey, Feedback, 1on1, PDIs, Emotional Thermometer, eNPS, all gamified. The company's purpose is to create happier work environments and it proposes to do this through more humane and efficient management.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
