According to an internal satisfaction survey, 90% of the company&#039;s parents believe that flexible working hours are important to keep up with their children&#039;s development and daily demands.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6143311092971829219ql-align-justify\">When little Flora was born two years ago, Corporate Responsibility Executive Manager Roger Cruz was looking for a way to better balance his professional life and parenthood. That was when the opportunity to join the Serasa Experian team arose. At that moment, he understood that this could be the environment that would offer the welcome he was looking for. \u201cWhen the proposal came, I was with it.<em>\u00a0<\/em>I realized it was the right time. And since then, people have known that in addition to my commitment to the company, I have my schedule with Flora. I have time to bathe her, have lunch with her and be present. It is very healthy to be able to balance personal and professional demands.
