The main motivation of this movement was the search for greater flexibility. The desire for work opportunities with greater freedom of format and schedules to achieve a balance between personal\/professional life was a relevant factor, in addition to the search for better salaries. This clearly showed that companies need to change concepts and work models to retain their talent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Today, employees expect flexible working hours, a balance between home and office work, the adequacy of issues such as data security, effective communication, equalization of opportunities for remote and face-to-face professionals, among the current points of attention. And still:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>21% replied that it was\/is sold out<\/li>\n<li>For their 20%, the employee experience in the workplace was\/is poor (i.e. processes were unnecessarily complex)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">On considering quitting your job:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>28% of respondents would consider quitting their job and\/or starting to look for a new job if flexibility (the ability to select and choose when and where I work) is not offered or to have more flexibility than they currently are<\/li>\n<li>9% would consider leaving and\/or starting to look for a new job if the company asked to return to the office full time<\/li>\n<li>23% would change jobs if a prospective employer offered the work schedule they preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>\u201c<\/strong>Organizations in general must prepare new strategies for hybrid work to ensure employee motivation and engagement, as well as adequate leadership and management practices\u201d, explains Luciana Pinheiro, president of Citrix Brasil. \u201cWork has gone from being a place to becoming an activity that can be performed from any location.
