We know how much the market needs training \u2013 according to Brasscom, there will be a demand for 800,000 professionals in technology by 2025 \u2013 that is why we have opened tech training classes exclusively for minorities in order to contribute to equal opportunities in one of the fastest growing markets in the world\u201d, explains the CEO and founder of the company, Benjamin Quadros.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>This is the third group in the training program that values social inclusion. Last year the company formed a class of 40 women in Java and in 2022, started the pilot of the \u201cDev Mangaratiba\u201d. Expected to end in June, it is training 10 low-income young people living in the city of Rio de Janeiro. They received scholarships and have a living allowance.\u00a0<strong>In all, since the beginning of 2021, Entry Point has trained 380 people.<\/strong><u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn 2022, our goal is to open 20 training classes in various languages and tech tools, such as Salesforce, Angular, Java, Big Data and others. We hope to train 1000 people for the job market and thus collaborate to reduce the deficit of professionals in technology. And at least 500 of them will be hired by BRQ itself\u201d, comments Carolina Piombo, CPO of BRQ Digital Solutions.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>To participate in the selection process, you must be attending or have graduated in courses related to technology, have good knowledge in programming logic and availability to participate in remote classes. Candidates go through a blind selection process with the startup Jobecam and the 40 selected will start training on 05\/02.
