In the last three years, the executive has been at the forefront of the company&#039;s expansion in the region&#039;s Hispanic countries.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-44849 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Douglas-Montalv\u00e3o-ADOBE-.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Douglas-Montalv\u00e3o-ADOBE-.jpg 300w, https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Douglas-Montalv\u00e3o-ADOBE--150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Douglas-Montalv\u00e3o-ADOBE--12x12.jpg 12w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 281px) 100vw, 281px\" \/>Montalv\u00e3o has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, helping Latin American companies become more digital and data-driven to optimize growth and be more competitive. \u201cThe experience of working and leading teams from different countries in Latin America gives me confidence to take on this new challenge with the Brazilian team and guide them in Adobe&#039;s purpose of transforming the region&#039;s market through digital experiences\u201d, he says.<\/p>\n<p>Before moving to Mexico, the executive was the leader of the Customer Solutions area at Adobe and also worked at SAS, where he held different positions in Brazil and Latin America.
