The novelty began to work in the municipality of Rio do Sul, in Alto Vale do Itaja\u00ed, about 200 kilometers from Florian\u00f3polis. Called Atende.Net App, the new feature allows any citizen to interact with the city hall without having to personally go to the municipal administration building or having to call the agencies.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tThrough the cell phone screen, it is possible to schedule medical and dental appointments, check the availability of medicines at health centers, issue IPTU booklets, monitor processes, check debts with the municipality and make the payment of municipal taxes through the automatic reading of the tax code. tab bars by banking applications, without the need to print the document. The Atende.Net App allows you to register multiple accounts on the same device, whether they belong to companies, residents or public servants.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tResource availability is non-stop, and services can be requested 24 hours a day. The data is linked to the Self-Service Portal, a solution also developed by IPM Sistemas based on cloud computing. This feature maintains security and speeds up processing.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tThe CEO of IPM, Aldo Luiz Mees, highlights that the solution is unprecedented in Brazil. \u201cNo other application is part of a complete city hall management system, much less that allows self-service in several areas and with a single login. What exist are independent applications or for scheduling appointments, or to report problems on the streets, or to access the property tax booklet and municipal guides. The novelty is in the integration, which allows you to do all this and other activities in one place\u201d, he says.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tAfter Rio do Sul, other municipalities that use the public management platform Atende.Net must implement the application.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tThe Atende.Net App also has a social character by facilitating access to the public service.
