Three free training trails will be offered with more than 20 courses with certification in technology. In all, there will be more than 300 hours of training.<em>\u00a0on demand<\/em>, more than 180 hours of \u201clive\u201d training with teachers in Portuguese, with capacity to serve more than 80 thousand people from April to June 2022. In addition, those who participate in the program can register on the Modern Talent Hub, a portal where job seekers will be visible to companies that are part of the Microsoft ecosystem and have vacancies available. To participate, you just need to be 16 years old and interested in technology.\u00a0\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>The initiative is part of Microsoft Mais Brasil, a comprehensive plan launched in October 2020 that aims to expand Microsoft&#039;s 33-year long-term commitment to the country. One of the pillars of Mais Brasil is education, professional training and entrepreneurship, and Microsoft Conecta+ is yet another action on this front. With the program, Microsoft intends to help thousands of Brazilians to participate in free technological training tracks in Microsoft Azure, Business Applications and Security, for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The areas were chosen because they are the segments that demand the most professionals in the technology market at the moment.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>the tracks of\u00a0<strong>Microsoft Azure\u00a0<\/strong>bring together basic concepts of cloud computing and artificial intelligence, content on cloud resource management, applications and solutions, planning and deployment of more complex scenarios, such as modernization of legacy applications, migration scenarios and architecture of cloud solutions. The courses on\u00a0<strong>Business Applications<\/strong>, have concepts of CRM and ERP, which are used to help in making managerial decisions and improve the administrative and financial results of companies. They will also support participants to have a complete view of their customers and use data to generate insights, base analysis and recommendations. Finally, the tracks on\u00a0<strong>Safety<\/strong>, will convey cloud computing and security concepts, explaining how to protect organizations using cloud tools, as well as more information on areas of focus, be it comprehensive security, operations and incident response, or even information protection.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Enrollees will be able to register on the Modern Talent Hub platform so they can choose their areas of interest in technology and, from there, their profile will be visible to companies that are part of the program and have vacancies available in the IT area, can view their applications. Thus, the opportunities to support the entire sector in an efficient way in the search for talent will be enhanced.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur objective with Microsoft Conecta+ is to encourage and support the qualification and requalification of Brazilian professionals in the area of technology, and\u00a0<em>matching<\/em>\u00a0among those looking for an opportunity in the job market with companies that have vacancies and are looking for talent. Data recently released by Brasscom indicate that we currently have a gap in professionals in this segment. We currently train 53,000 IT professionals annually, against 159,000 demanded per year. Therefore, we believe that the most efficient way to change this scenario is to be intentional in our actions and put into practice initiatives that benefit the entire technology segment and society
