The move is in line with the company&#039;s strategy of focusing on acquisitions to expand its portfolio and strengthen its presence in the financial market.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>InovaMind Tech offers artificial intelligence and big data solutions for companies of all sizes. Through data analysis and enrichment, machine learning and automation of document capture processes, the company creates digital products and services for onboarding, identity validation, background check and risk management with a focus on fraud mitigation. With around 30 employees and 40 customers, InovaMind achieved annualized gross revenue of approximately R\uff0411 million at the end of 2021.<u><\/u><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe financial sector, like other markets in Brazil and around the world, is undergoing an accelerated process of transformation and digitalization. Dimensa&#039;s role is to deliver technology solutions that help companies in the sector on this journey.
