In Brazil, this shortage should reach more than 400 thousand workers by 2022. The country trains around 45 thousand technology specialists annually, against 70 thousand new openings per year, according to the Association of Information and Communication Technology Companies (Brasscom). Also according to the Association, in the first three months of 2021, 41 thousand IT professionals were hired in the country, a surprising number when considering that, in the entire year of 2020, there were 47 thousand.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42665 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/migra\u00e7\u00e3o-de-carreira.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"362\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/migra\u00e7\u00e3o-de-carreira.jpg 515w, https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/migra\u00e7\u00e3o-de-carreira-300x147.jpg 300w, https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/migra\u00e7\u00e3o-de-carreira-18x9.jpg 18w, https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/migra\u00e7\u00e3o-de-carreira-480x236.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 362px) 100vw, 362px\" \/>One of the alternatives found by organizations to alleviate the lack of labor is to offer courses and internal training as a strategy to train people. This trend reflects the expectation that the deficit will grow even more in the coming years.<\/p>\n<p>It was with the idea of contributing to the training of IT professionals and training those who wish to enter this market that the FCamara Group, a consultancy in technological solutions and digital transformation, launched \u201cCarreira Migration\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The project will prepare people who want to change area and act as Quality Assurance or Test Analyst. In addition to technical preparation, participants will be able to compete for job openings at the FCamara Group.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative is carried out in partnership with Conie Menezes, Quality Assurance who worked for seven years as an interior designer, before going through a career transition to the Technology area. \u201cI saw the opportunity to fulfill myself if I ventured into a new area. With this experience, we prepared the Migra\u00e7\u00e3o de Carreira, to enable other people, with the same desire as me, to study and become a professional for this growing market\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The project provides a completely free content trail. After consuming it, the participant can apply on the careers page of Grupo FCamara. From there, you can be called to participate in the company&#039;s selection process.<\/p>\n<p>Even participants who end up not being hired, they have the benefit of accessing free and quality content, in addition to acquiring technical knowledge, enabling them to qualify for other opportunities in the market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe goal is to help make up for the lack of professionals in the market and invest in the careers of those people who make an effort and want to change their profession.
