One of the main reasons for the Company to achieve this mark was the increase in the trading volume of its shares (POSI3), a reflection of the expansion and diversification of its business through the so-called Avenues of Growth, culminating in the strong results delivered in recent periods that , consequently, increased investor interest in shares issued by the company (POSI3).<br \/>\n<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>In order for the Company to have its shares traded on the Index, criteria established by B3 must be considered, such as: maintaining its negotiability index at high levels, being among the assets regularly traded on B3, having a relevant financial volume and not being considered as\u00a0<i>penny stocks<\/i>, that is, shares traded at values lower than R\uff04 1.<br \/>\n<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>It is also worth noting that Positivo&#039;s Investor Relations area was recently reformulated with the aim of increasing communication with the market, providing transparency in the information provided and in line with the best Corporate Governance practices, thus favoring greater interaction between analysts. and investors.<br \/>\n<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe IBOV is the most important index of the B3, where the largest Brazilian companies and the most traded by investors are located and, for this reason, it is extremely important for Positivo Tecnologia to be part of this select group\u201d, comments Caio de Moraes, Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations of Positivo Tecnologia.<br \/>\n<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Entry into the Index puts the Company on the radar of investors looking for shares in solid companies with a high level of tradability. In addition, passive funds and ETFs, those that seek to replicate the index&#039;s return, start to buy the assets added to the Ibovespa. With this increased demand, the stock price tends to rise over time.<br \/>\n<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>In order to remain in the index, which is renewed every four months (January, May and September), Positivo Tecnologia shares (POSI3) must maintain high liquidity and negotiability levels.
