However, there will be a lack of professionals to fill 532 thousand of these vacancies.<br \/>\n<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTOTVS is committed to supporting the education and training of professionals in the technology sector to generate opportunities in the job market. The partnership with the Government of the State of S\u00e3o Paulo, through the Minha Chance Program, came to add even more to this mission, encouraging, training and expanding the knowledge and employability of young people&quot;, says Izabel Branco, Vice President of Relations TOTVS Humans.<br \/>\n<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>The initiative is part of a partnership between TOTVS, the S\u00e3o Paulo State Secretariat for Economic Development, Science and Technology (SDE) and the Centro Paula Souza (CPS), through the Minha Chance Program, in which the company offered the complementary course\u00a0<i>Basic Support in Business Management \u2013 ERP Protheus<\/i>, for students from seven State Technical Schools (Etecs). A new edition of the course, scheduled for completion by the end of 2021, is already underway with new students.<br \/>\n<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe training opened a horizon of possibilities for students focused on improving their knowledge in the area of digital technology. They are young people capable of managing systems and creating new solutions to meet the needs of small and medium-sized companies\u201d, explains the coordinator of the Minha Chance program at CPS, Antonio Celso Duarte.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis course reinforces Minha Chance&#039;s commitment to being close to people and helping them in their professional development. It is a great opportunity for qualification and insertion in the job market. Together we will be able to build an inclusive, sustainable and innovative economic development model\u201d, says Patricia Ellen, Secretary of Economic Development, Science and Technology of the State of S\u00e3o Paulo of the State of S\u00e3o Paulo.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>On the Vitrine de Talentos page, companies interested in selecting professionals for their vacancies can apply different filters to find a more suitable professional. Also on the platform, it is possible to register to obtain the candidate&#039;s contacts to schedule an interview. Vitrine de Talentos also brings video curricula with information related to the formation and qualification of young people, as well as data from the IOS \u2014 Instituto da Oportunidade Social.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis Talents Showcase is the ideal place for recruiters and companies, who need professionals qualified to operate the TOTVS systems, to find these young talents quickly and easily, with the seal of a program of the Government of the State of S\u00e3o Paulo.
