The consultancy, which already had specialists in process and business, has now integrated experts in sustainability, bringing together the necessary knowledge to help the company&#039;s clients to develop an ESG approach suited to their context, with technology as a great ally in this process.<\/p>\n<p>For this, the proposal is to create an ESG map, which models the digital journey of sustainability, strategically and individually structured to meet the particularity of each company. &quot;Looking at each company and making a real immersion in its reality, objectives and strategies, we will together establish a continuous ESG agenda, enabling the understanding of the concept, process, management, control and results in an efficient and optimized way&quot;, explains Valdemir Marques , director of TOTVS Consulting.<\/p>\n<p>The offer foresees the development in four stages, which can be applied according to the client&#039;s needs. They are: (1) Connect ESG; (2) ESG Map and Sustainability Agenda; (3) Digital Sustainability Roadmap; and (4) Implementation and Sustainment.<\/p>\n<p>The first phase consists of a mobilization and engagement of the entire company in relation to ESG and the business itself. Among the main activities of this stage are webinars and workshops that debate the concepts and integrate the company&#039;s strategies, bringing leadership to the movement.<\/p>\n<p>In the second stage, ESG Map and Sustainability Agenda, the consultancy conducts a thorough analysis of the organization&#039;s current situation in relation to the ESG pillars, based on interviews and application of mapping questionnaires with focal points and stakeholders of the processes related to the themes of sustainability, based on the main global indexes of the theme.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-41262 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/TOTVS.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"406\" height=\"223\" \/>With the metrics presented to the leadership, the consultancy supports the company in the elaboration and prioritization of a sustainability agenda. With the ESG Agenda defined in the second stage, the objective of the Sustainability Digital Roadmap phase is to work, from design thinking techniques, in the conception of an analysis of digital solutions that add productivity and drive the sustainability process within the business . TOTVS Consulting&#039;s roadmap presents four levels of solutions: TOTVS products and partners capable of meeting the needs of the business; the review or creation of strategies, policies or procedures that guarantee the established guidelines; options and suggestions for solutions or technologies adhering to the business and action for quick improvement and simple implementation.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the final stage of the sustainability digital journey is the Implementation and Sustainment phase, which consists of monitoring the company&#039;s actions, with monitoring of indicators, support for communication and engagement actions on the topic, incorporation of new technologies and other demands required during the contracted period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe offer can be applied as a whole, with four stages, or separately, according to the company&#039;s vision and needs.
