Examples include safe housing, transportation, education, access to nutritious food, clean air and water. Eligible projects that address these gaps may include creating or consolidating datasets to increase representation in healthcare systems, linking to SDoH data to create more robust and informative datasets, or cleaning up existing datasets to improve accuracy on race, ethnicity, gender, disability, or other points that will help promote health equity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The program is open to accredited research institutions, consortia, non-profit organizations and private or public entities.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for entries this year is\u00a0<strong>November 15, 2021<\/strong>.
