The executive has more than 20 years of experience in the software and customer experience (CX) sectors and is graduated in computer science from the Methodist University of S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-38631 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Vanessa-Tiba2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"195\" height=\"265\" \/>Vanessa made her career at Altitude Software, a company focused on contact center solutions, where she remained for almost 20 years. The executive worked in various areas of the company, starting with support, going through development, pre-sales, commercial, until reaching the position of country manager in 2018. Before, she recorded brief stints at Atento and Telesul.<\/p>\n<p>In charge of Altitude&#039;s operations in Brazil, Vanessa was part of the Executive Committee and was also responsible for an expressive leap in the company&#039;s market share, with a strategy based on partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>At Plusoft, his challenge in the commercial department is to expand sales and maintain proximity to customers, strengthening the position of an essentially Human Experience company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled with the arrival of Vanessa, who brings in her baggage ample experience in the sector and a relational essence totally aligned with our DNA\u201d, says Solemar Andrade, CEO of Plusoft.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have been working in partnership with Plusoft for some time now, whom I have always admired.
