The company was born within UISA \u2013 one of the largest Brazilian industries in the sugar-energy sector, which produces energy, ethanol and sugar. The incubator&#039;s goal is to provide a fertile and modern ground for startups to develop innovative solutions.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-37593\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/farmer-standing-rice-field-with-tablet-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"325\" height=\"217\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Agribusiness is one of the main Brazilian economic forces. In 2020, the sum of goods and services in the sector reached the mark of R1TP2Q139.7 billion, with the sector having practically 1 in 3 workers in the country. T4Agro saw the perfect scenario for the launch of the Fastpoint solution, through the need to manage workers in the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>Initially developed to serve UISA, which is the company that created T4Ago, the solution was designed to facilitate the routine of almost 3,000 workers who work at the company and needed to record their entry, break and exit times through more than 200 time clocks distributed throughout the field. However, the equipment, with a high acquisition and maintenance cost, required a great back office effort to ensure that the legislation was complied with.<\/p>\n<p>The solution was found in an application that uses the technologies of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Microsoft Azure, to provide more speed and convenience to employees in the time records in the field.<\/p>\n<p>The system is simple and efficient: the employee only needs to take a selfie and be recognized by Microsoft&#039;s Artificial Intelligence. If there is no connection to the network at the time of the photo, the information is saved and sent to the base as soon as there is access. The information is automatically transferred to the management software, and updated on the payroll. The degree of assertiveness of facial recognition in working hours records is 99.8%. More than 2,500 employees use the tool over 90,000 hectares, which includes industrial parks, farms and other remote locations with low internet coverage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are working on disseminating the product on the market and, as this happens, we are generating an increase in the consumption of Microsoft products. In this sense, we are receiving all the support of Solo Network, mainly in relation to the continuous evolution of FastPoint, technical support, training of our team and other factors. We&#039;ve made the technology even more robust with support from Azure features. Solo Network&#039;s commercial team is helping us to improve our commercialization and negotiation process, making the product and our sales pitch even more competitive\u201d, said J\u00falio C\u00e9sar Mila, CEO of T4Agro.<\/p>\n<p>Solo Network has supported UISA and the newly emerged technology incubator since the inception of the solution, which uses Microsoft technologies and has Microsoft Azure as its cloud platform. However, the support for the growth of T4Agro&#039;s business did not stop there. Invited to debut Solo Cloud Code, which is Solo Network&#039;s support program for ISVs, the two companies charted a plan for growth together.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe partnership with T4Agro highlights Solo&#039;s commitment to planning and executing customized projects for each client, taking into account its business model and organizational culture.
