With the acquisition, LG Lugar de gente intends to make investments to expand the scope of the solution, in addition to increasingly improving the employee experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">For LG as a place of people, the acquisition of Norber is an important milestone. It represents another step in the consolidation of its complete and integrated platform for Human Capital Management solutions in the cloud. Norber&#039;s solution already has native integration and was developed on the same framework as the Gen.te Cloud Suite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThis innovation is another step in our strategy of providing the most complete platform of solutions for Human Capital Management in the cloud in Brazil. In addition to the SaaS Frequency Control solution, Norber comes to add a team full of knowledge, experience and energy.
