The attendant is prepared to answer the most diverse questions about the Maker tool and Softwell, including technical, commercial and general questions presented by customers, through an automated service in real time and without the help of an operator.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\u201cVirtual attendants are a market trend, as they perform an intelligent and automatic service, using natural language to interact with customers.
