{"id":34195,"date":"2021-07-07T09:10:54","date_gmt":"2021-07-07T12:10:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/?p=34195"},"modified":"2021-07-02T14:39:55","modified_gmt":"2021-07-02T17:39:55","slug":"plusoft-reforca-time-de-rh-para-consolidar-conceito-de-human-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/en\/plusoft-reforca-time-de-rh-para-consolidar-conceito-de-human-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Plusoft strengthens the HR team to consolidate the Human Experience concept"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Company hired professionals for the diversity of inclusion, career and mentoring and employee journey fronts<\/em><\/p>\n<p>One of the largest Human Experience (HX) companies in Brazil, Plusoft has redesigned its Human Resources (HR) area to optimize processes and accelerate initiatives that reinforce the brand&#039;s internal culture, which focuses on caring for people.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_34197\" style=\"width: 231px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-34197\" class=\"wp-image-34197\" src=\"https:\/\/abes.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Valeria-Borges_Plusoft-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"221\" height=\"221\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-34197\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Val\u00e9ria Borges, Chief Human Experience Officer (CHXO), at Plusoft<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The company formalized the hiring of Val\u00e9ria Borges for the position of Chief Human Experience Officer (CHXO), with the aim of strengthening HR-related initiatives and accelerating the company&#039;s Human Experience strategy, in line with its DNA of care for people.<\/p>\n<p>The professional Silvana Cruz also arrived at the company for the position of Head of HX, Culture and Diversity, working in front of Plusoft&#039;s Diversity, Equality and Inclusion practices, in addition to supervising processes related to engagement, feedback, organizational climate and happiness, in addition to change management and ESG (environment, social, governance).<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the brand announced the arrival of Natalia Barbieri as Head of HX for recruitment and selection (R&amp;S), career mentoring and design\/follow-up of employee journeys.<\/p>\n<p>With the new team, the company aims to reinforce the internal Human Resources initiatives, called Human Experience, and consolidate itself as a company that is aligned with the demands and trends of the People Management area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn February, we announced our positioning as a People Technology company, which develops technological solutions to bring the relationship between companies and people closer.
