The IT sector represents almost 7% of GDP, generating R \ufe69 205 billion. It is an intellectual capital sector where the biggest challenge is to train more people and retain these talents in the country. We want to hire and, for that, we need to train \u201dsays Benjamin Quadros, CEO and founder of BRQ.<\/p>\n<p>The company restructured its technological training program, the Entry Point BRQ. Carried out 100% remotely and free of charge, it aims to train 300 professionals for the market in technologies such as Java, Mobile, .Net and\u00a0<em>Business Intelligence<\/em>\u00a0until December 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">To participate it is necessary to be studying or to be graduated as a bachelor or technologist in courses related to technology, to have good knowledge of logic, in addition to availability to carry out daily training, which will last an average of 4 hours. The selection process will be carried out with the Jobecam platform,\u00a0<em>startup<\/em>\u00a0invested by BRQ, which offers technology for blind video interviews with the aim of increasing diversity and recruiting fairly, reducing unconscious biases in the selection process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">If approved, students will participate in a 100-hour technical learning trail (live online training). After the training period, they will be able to enter the technology job market as junior developers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cOur goal is to train 300 developers for the market by the end of this year, offering quality training and developing qualified professionals. There is no age limit and people in career transition are very welcome \u201d, explains Carolina Piombo,\u00a0<em>Head<\/em>\u00a0of Human Resources at BRQ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The next class of the program, which will have 50 students, will start in May with training in Java.
