Bossanova Investimentos, a micro venture capital company that invests in pre-seed startups with operations across the country, announces the arrival of businessman Jangui\u00ea Diniz in its board of shareholders with the acquisition of 25% from the company for an undisclosed amount. Bossanova is a partner of the ABES Startup Internship Program.<\/p>\n
From this new step, the investor intends to accelerate its mission to democratize access to capital through serial investments in the initial stage. And this will be possible due to all of Jangui\u00ea's expertise and know-how in the capital market. Owner of the Epitychia family office and founder of the Ser Educacional group, considered the largest in the Higher Education sector in the North and Northeast and one of the largest in the country, the entrepreneur will have the responsibility to help in the business strategy and management of the investor.<\/p>\n

Jangui\u00ea Diniz's trajectory was based on education. He holds a master's and doctor's degree in law from UFPE, was a Federal Labor Judge, Public Prosecutor of the Union and professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco - UFPE. In 2003, he created the Faculdade Maur\u00edcio de Nassau, an embryo of the Ser Educacional group - today one of the largest higher education groups in the country and which has been listed on the Stock Exchange since 2013. In addition to being a founder, Jangui\u00ea holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the group. In 2014, he created Epitychia, his family office focused on Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate and based in S\u00e3o Paulo. He has already invested in several startups and companies with scalable business models. He is also the founder and president of Instituto \u00caxito de Empreendedorismo, a non-profit organization that works to promote entrepreneurial education by offering free online courses to help needy young people, especially in public schools, to undertake life and business.<\/p>\n
Founded in 2015 with the addition of the start-up portfolio of angel investors Jo\u00e3o Kepler and Pierre Schurmann, Bossanova was designed to fill a gap between the initial contributions that startups receive and the investment rounds they carry out when the operation is already consolidated.<\/p>\n
