This is the case of the IN Group, formed by IN - Business Intelligence, awarded Master Reseller by Qlik in the Brazilian market; INGov, which offers Qlik solutions to create a public Data Driven management; Academia IN, a business intelligence and data analytics training company, which operates throughout the national territory; and A10, a business unit that was born to accelerate digital transformation through the data journey.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the atypical year, Grupo IN grew 10% in revenue compared to 2019 and won 139 new customers. For Roberto Guerra, president of the group, 2020 was a period of intense learning. \u201cWe were impacted by the pandemic. In just one day, we were able to turn our entire operation into the work model in <em>home office<\/em>. At first, some customers had difficulties with this new model, but we explained to everyone that our priority was the team&#039;s safety, and little by little we realized that the interaction became more malleable and the projects gained traction \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Clayton Montarroyos, IN&#039;s CEO, says it was a good year to rethink convictions and review procedures. \u201cIN was awarded the best Master Reseller in Latin America by QLIK due to its performance in 2020. This recognition crowned the efforts to keep our customers and win new ones, keep our employees engaged and productive and hire new professionals to reinforce their deliveries. In 2020, we implemented our Compliance program and accelerated the process of adapting to the LGPD \u201d, explains the executive.<\/p>\n<p>IN selected six new business partners, such as Authorized Reseller, to operate both in the Private Market in order to increase capillarity, strengthen the channel strategy and expand its presence throughout the national territory. \u201cOur new program will accelerate the recruitment of new companies that wish to work in partnership with us. In addition, we are expanding our presence in the South of the country, from where we hope to reach a share of 20% of the total of our sales forecast for 2021 \u201d, completes Clayton.<\/p>\n<p>If 2020 was a time of fundamental change for many organizations, by 2021, expectations are very positive. \u201cWe are better off in 2021. We know that social isolation is likely to continue. The market also accommodated and, therefore, we foresee an audacious leap for this year and we expect a growth between 20% and 25% in our sales. One of the novelties for the year will be the launch of the A10 School \u201d, points out Ivanildo Buarque, CEO of A10, another company in the group.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the potential of the Business Intelligence (BI) market in Brazil and the prospects, the executives believe that the sector will see the consolidation of some themes, such as Industry 4.0, Data Literacy (data literacy), Data Driven Organizations and Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are investing a lot in these segments, because we believe that these tools will spread to companies of different sizes. For a while now, the world has demanded faster and more efficient analysis from public and private organizations so that they can make assertive decisions, anticipate trends and become more competitive.
