SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) announced that it has acquired AppGyver Oy, a pioneer in development platforms without code, which allow users without coding skills to create applications for web and mobile uses.<\/p>\n
With the acquisition, SAP believes that it can help customers and partners to adapt their IT systems efficiently to their specific needs and optimize the usability of their applications.<\/p>\n
AppGyver's solutions will be part of the SAP BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM and will expand SAP's offering in the area of business process intelligence and will be a complementary addition to the low-code SAP offering provided by partner Mendix Tech BV, part of Siemens AG .<\/p>\n

The acquisition extends SAP's new offering, the RISE with SAP package, of which SAP Business Technology Platform and business process intelligence are key parts. The new offering helps companies achieve holistic business transformations that make them resilient, agile and intelligent.<\/p>\n
SAP and AppGyver have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or other financial details of the transaction.<\/p>\n
