Selected startups will have the opportunity to generate business and implement projects with one of the 5 largest Customer Experience companies in the world<\/p>\n

In line with the objective of having innovation at the center of its business strategies, Atento, a multinational that operates with customer experience solutions in Brazil and Latin America, has just launched its startup acceleration program, Atento Next, which will bring the company closer to selected startups, to bring even more innovation to the company and its customers.<\/p>\n

To participate in the first acceleration cycle, interested startups must register on the program's page\u00a0https:\/\/atentonext.liga.ventures<\/u><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0until the 29th of november<\/strong>. According to the company, the projects should be related to back-office automation, new technologies and service models, customer experience management, artificial intelligence, end-to-end service, analytics and creation of new services.<\/p>\n

Atento Next - How the program works<\/strong><\/p>\n

From the registration of the projects, all will be evaluated and four startups with the most innovative ideas, which bring disruptive technologies to improve, more and more, the experience of consumers and, also, enhance the performance and results of Atento's customers, will be selected . During the process of accelerating the chosen startups, entrepreneurs will receive exclusive mentoring that will be given by the main leaders of Atento, where they will have the chance to develop projects together with the corporation, seeking synergies and exploring business opportunities. In addition, the selected startups will have the opportunity to work in a complete office, in the city of S\u00e3o Paulo, where they will have contact with investors, executives and other network startups.<\/p>\n

For Atento's CEO, Carlos L\u00f3pez-Abad\u00eda, Atento Next will continue to support the digital transformation in an accelerated way. \u201cBy making room for agile startups in different stages of growth, we have the opportunity to quickly adapt their most innovative ideas to stay ahead of the curve, while bringing our expertise and guidance to guide them to success. Projects like these have the potential to transform society and can contribute in several extremely valuable ways to Atento \u201d, explains the executive.<\/p>\n
