The entities request that the General Data Protection Law - LGPD (Law No. 13.853) have its entry into force extended, in view of the need for the creation of the National Personal Data Protection Authority (ANPD), its internal structure , the work around the regulatory pieces - which involve wide and unrestricted public consultation - and guidance and education for organizations and citizens around these rules. Only then will it be possible to reconcile the protection of privacy in Brazil and legal security.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>About ABES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tABES, Brazilian Association of Software Companies, aims to contribute to the construction of a more digital and less unequal Brazil, in which information technology plays a fundamental role in the democratization of knowledge and the creation of new opportunities for all.
