It brings together 46 case studies, which make it possible to understand how responsibility, compliance, accountability, transparency and ethics are globally recognized as essential elements for an effective regulation of data privacy and its corresponding implementation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\tThe Center for Information Policy Leadership is a global group of experts in privacy and security, with offices in Washington, DC, Brussels and London. It was founded in 2001 by leading companies and Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP.
